"Kyrgyzstan: past, present, future"

On September 16, 2024, the International Inter-University Student Conference was held at the College of Economics and Service of the Scientific Research University "Kyrgyz University of Economics named after M. Ryskulbekov". The theme of the conference was: "Kyrgyzstan: past, present, future". This conference was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region and the 75th anniversary of Doctor of Economics, Professor T.K. Kamchybekov.

The opening of the conference began with the national anthem of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The honorary guests of the conference were the Chairman of the Historical and Cultural Heritage Fund of the People of Kyrgyzstan "Muras", candidate of historical sciences Moldokasymov K.S., and academician of the International Academy of Chyngyz Aitmatov, doctor of historical sciences, professor of the KNU named after Zhusup Balasagyn Chorotegin T.K.

The conference discussed issues of socio-economic relations between Kyrgyzstan and the CIS countries, innovative ideas for sustainable development, environmental and tourism issues in the CIS countries and Kyrgyzstan, the role of historical figures in the development of Kyrgyz statehood, and the development of information technology in the modern world and Kyrgyzstan.

The conference was attended by students and teachers of the following vocational educational institutions: College of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, State Budgetary Professional Educational Institution of the Voronezh Region "Semiluki Polytechnic College" (Russia), College of the Talas State University, Kara-Balta Technical and Economic College named after M. Ibragimov, College of the Kyrgyz-Russian (Slavic) University named after the First President of the Russian Federation B.N. Yeltsin, Bishkek Agroeconomic College named after S. Tursunov (Issyk-Ata district, Kirgshelk), College of BSU named after K. Karasaev, College of Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov, Polytechnic College of KSTU named after I. Razzakov, and others.
